I pre-ordered 3 games all while the event was still active and still never received anything despite RE7 being out for a full week now

I pre-ordered DBZ2 and wasn't given credit I was told it would be correct in 2 weeks it's been 2 weeks and still not corrected still no credit or the rewards

Xbox Rewards Mission (no rewards)

2 weeks ago today, I decided to do one of the missions. When you pre ordered a select game, you would receive 15,000 credits within a two week period. I pre ordered Final Fantasy 15 which was on the list and still have not gotten the credits yet.

There was a bug with registering RE7 for the prior Punch card. If you completed the punch card promotion then the reward team will review your account to confirm the bug and respond to you here.

They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?

Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Since it is not the end of the offer, it is too early to see Credits for completion of the offer.
