    So I was playing on call of duty on a different account from my main one and I ended up wanting to pre order NBA 2K18 but I forgot to switch onto my main account so is there any way I can transfer the purchase to the other account

    Pre-Order Punchcard Goof?

    I pre-ordered WWE 2K18 on my Xbox One, which is a part of the Punch card program. I ordered the game in the time window shown, however I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition. Somehow it's not counting towards the punch card. Is the program only for standard editions
    or did I do something wrong?

    pre order punch card for 1/1 - 3/31 2017

    I pre ordered mass effect andromeda wich is an eligible game for the current 15000 points pre order promotion but it doesnt show on my xbox live rewards account as pre ordered . I had the same issue with resident evil 7 in december as not showing as pre
    ordered and has caused a delay in getting my promotion points added toi my account .

    There is no way to pass content from one acccount to the other. The only solution would be for you to contact xbox support billing and cancel the preorder: support.xbox.com/contact-us

    After that you can purchase the game under the account you have selected

    That's not a big deal, buddy. Reach out to customer care at the link below and request a cancel of the pre-order. As long as it hasn't released it can be refunded. Good luck!!
