Pre-ordered game on the wrong account

There is no way to pass content from one acccount to the other. The only solution would be for you to contact xbox support billing and cancel the preorder: support.xbox.com/contact-us

After that you can purchase the game under the account you have selected

It's been like this for days. I was able to buy my ea subscription but not pre order. Something is wrong with the pre order side with this game

It does not fallout 4 and other games are ready for pre order digitally! Something is wrong!
