Pre-ordered game is not listed as 'owned' anymore.

i ordered elite trooper edition and it says it is owned and normal BFII is installed but i just cant use the pre-order bonuses

i also bought the elite trooper deluxe edition i have the same problem its no longer in my order history and the only option in the store is to pre order it another time

I contacted the support today and they said that when the game releases on november 14 you should not be experiencing problems. they said the order was completed and the game will work fine on november 14 with all the bonuses included.

• I am getting an error saying that I don't own this game anymore (0x82D40005)
  
  • Sign-in to your account at Microsoft Account | Manage Your Payments and make sure that all of your payment methods are up to date and check that the order for COD: MWII went through in your order history.
    
  • If your order did not go through, place a new order for the edition you wish to purchase.
    
  • If your order did go through, utilize Contact us | Xbox Support for additional support. Please be aware of possible higher than normal wait times.

As per the above, you should check your account. If the purchase went through and you still don't have your game, you'll need to contact support.
