Pre Ordered Game Concern

I recently sent out a request to change my security info and i am now in the 30 wait period.

I am also aware that i can’t make any purchases on my xbox in the store. Well prior to me requesting the security info change, i pre ordered the game “Mortal Kombat 11”. Now this game releases on April 22 and i still be in that wait period where i can’t
purchase any game on my xbox. So my question is will i still be able to access the game and its pre order bonuses during this wating period? By the way i already paid for the game with microsoft currency.

Hi. You might want to contact official support for regards to security info. If it is a birthdate changes, then it may have some impact. If you had that part changed to where it is 18+, then you should not worry about not being able to play Mortal Kombat

If you have already paid for the preorder with your account balance then that should be fine, it'll preload for you and you will get to play it.

The lock out won't let you make any new purchases.

Thank you for letting us know about the issue. In reference to your concern, you will be able to access the pre-order
if the transaction was successful on the account. After the 30-day waiting period, you will be asked to sign in with the new credentials. If any issues arise with signing into the profile with the new credentials, try removing the old profile and add new on

Oh yeah you’re right. I didnt use a credit card so i don’t have to worry about that.

Anything pre ordered digitally will also pre load onto your home xbox a few days before its release as well. Keep in mind that any pre orders bought with a credit card are billed 10 days before release too
