Accidentally deleted pre-order code for Final Fantasy XV

Hi, I accidentally deleted my pre-order code for Final Fantasy XV. This is for the special Noctis outfit and Carbuncle pet. Is there any way to have this resent. Thank you.

 

Yeah I ordered mine on 21st March and it still not arrived yet

 

Sometimes it takes a little while because the codes are sent out in waves and the waves have to get through to a large amount of people which is what causes the longer waiting times.

It's a slow process but it'll arrive.

 

7-10 days is stated. It's been 17 days.

I probably won't be pre-ordering anything from Xbox again.

 

Spend $84 on a game that doesn't come out for another 6 months.

Don't get the preorder bonuses. Don't get an answer from support as they take the weekend off and come back to play wack-a-mole on Quantum Break threads.

Keep up the good work folks, you're still winning the hearts and minds of gamers over Steam's support. Cynical optimism.

I guess all of us who expect the trivial DLC avatar bonus items we paid for, are just SOL while support deals with Quantum Breakage.
