    I have pre-ordered FIFA 23 Ultimate Edition Today I looked at my games library and found that the standard edition had been pre-ordered rather than the ultimate. I looked at my emails and it claims that the Ultimate Edition had been pre-ordered, and it charged the Ultimate Edition price, but on the library it just shows "FIFA 23 Xbox Series X/S" and "FIFA 22 Xbox One" without the words "Ultimate Edition".

    I brought FIFA 23 ultimate edition back on the 18/08/2022 what got cancelled didn't get a refund tho then brought it again on 25/09/2022 saying I only have the standard edition and haven't received my pre order bonus for some of the events

    That's normal. What you get is the standard edition plus the ultimate edition content.
