    Pre-order Fallout 4 8/16/2015, received message with promotion code for Fallout 3 in my Xbox message center. Went out of town so I was unable to get it installed right away. I go to install Fallout 3 on my Xbox 360 and now the message is gone and support
    is unable to retrieve it for me and asked me to post a message here so that the promotion department can correct the situation. All I need is the original message restored to my Xbox inbox or a new code sent so I can download and install it. The main reason
    why I pre-ordered the game was because it came with the Fallout 3 code. Can someone out there please help me get this installed on my Xbox 360 so I can enjoy it prior to Fallout 4 being released?

    Fallout 3 code message disappeared

    I purchased Fallout 4 Pre-order on the xbox one via xbox store and received the fallout 3 code via messages. However, I didn't successfully redeem the code after I received it and when I check the messages on the xbox one today, the message contain
    fallout 3 code disappeared. I am now just wondering is there any way that I can recover the fallout 3 code? Any answers will be greatly appreciated.

    I pre ordered Fallout 4 and received a code to download Fallout 3 for Xbox one in a message. However the message has since disappeared along with the code before i used it. How can i retrieve this?

    I am eligible, but I never received a message. When I pre-ordered Fallout 4, from the Xbox Store, it was stated that I would receive Fallout 3 for free, under the game information for Fallout 4. No code was ever sent to me.
