Pre-ordered Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 but did not recieve the pre order bonus DLC

Date when code was redeemed: October 19,2016. I pre ordered the game on the 19th of Oct. I have already talked to customer support and they reviewed the information and here is the Reference number: 1361183575. To show that they verified everything,
i redeemed the code for the game and pre ordered it but never received the pre order bonuses. Its frankly very frustrating that I should have gotten it to begin with, but that i talked to someone for about an hour and they couldn't even help me and had to
refer me to here and now i have to wait even longer for someone to reply to this and help me out. All the information has been verified, I have the game and i pre ordered it, and yes i already to checked to see if its in manage game or w.e to install it, its not,
I did not recieve a code or anything for it whatsoever so can you please just issue me the code for the bonuses. Thank you.

Dragonball Xenoverse preorder bonus DLC not working.

I digitally downloaded Dragon ball xenoverse with the pre-order but the bonuses won't show up in my game. Does any one know how to activate the pre-order bonus for the digital download?

locate the Ready to install section to install any pending DLC. After the DLC is installed, you may need to progress further in-game to access the content. Also check your character selection area to see if you are able to download/install your Goku
Black from there.

From what I can find from my research, you may need to install or download him from the character screen.
