Pre ordered Dishonored 2 didn't get Dishonored Definitive Edition

By request of the chat support I'm posting this again.

I pre ordered Dishonored 2 November 8 and can't claim Dishonored Definitive Edition from xbox live marketplace as promised.

Assistance on this matter would be appreciated

Hi i pre ordered Dishonored 2 and if you pre ordered it you would get as a bonus Dishonored Definitive Edition for free but i havent recived no message from xbox ingame or email the code hope someone can help me here is a reference from the support chat

I'm running into the same problem as well. Went through customer service twice, no help.

 

After going through the issue with the chat support the issue was solved. I was able to claim the Disonored Definitive Edition today
