Pre-ordered Destiny on Xbox 360 via my console, but did NOT get beta key

As the title says, I pre-ordered Destiny on Xbox 360 via my console, but did NOT get the beta key for accessing the beta through bungie on July 23rd. I have contacted both microsoft and xbox 360 customer service agents, but neither have any information
on how to get me a beta key. If anyone has any information on how I can get a beta key, please let me know. The purchase shows up on my microsoft account, but no record of having a beta key or when to expect one, or even if they will send me one is listed.
This has been a frustrating process on purchasing a product, yet not getting what was advertised. Again, any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Pre Ordered destiny on xbox 360 for xbox one

I preordered Destiny on the 360 but bought the xbox one edition and havent recieved my beta key. anyone else purchase it this way and receive there key?

DELETED OVERWATCH BETA KEY

So I pre-ordered Overwatch through the Xbox Store and received my early access beta key from Xbox via the messaging system. I mis-clicked and deleted the message. Can someone help and resend the message please? I already contacted Xbox support and they said
to post here in hopes someone from the "forum" team would help. Thank you so much in advance.

Your beta key wasn't sent to your email possibly in a separate email? Have you checked your spam folder as well as your inbox? I would LOVE to have a beta key to check this game out next week, but sadly can't afford to pre-order at this time.

haven the same issue man, no codes ever sent in any secondary emails, just the microsoft store purchase confirmation email. been scowering the internet a bit since yesterday when everyone started sayen the codes were out. still havnt seen anything or gotten
any real answers why these codes havnt been sent yet.

You had to download the beta for free on xbox live.

If the pre order was a digital copy then go to the Xbox Store and search for Destiny 2 - Beta to pre download it. If it is for a hard copy then keep an eye on the email associated with your order for the beta key.

Hi RedFox, the beta keys will be available just before the beta goes live. Just be patient and check in your profile on the Bungie website under redeemed codes.

You don't need a code. I pre-ordered mines via the console as well. Go back into the Xbox Store, search for "Destiny 2" and you will see the Beta. Select it and then download it. You wont be able to play it until it goes live,
but you can see the Beta loading screen and start command.

You can pre install the beta before July 19 if you pre ordered destiny 2 digitally, you just have to search the xbox store for destiny 2 beta and you can pre install it it's 12.38 GB

Your message will come via console in an Xbox message for the friend key. Check those not your email. If you haven't received your friend code then you've likely not received your wave yet. You should be able to download the beta client on or before 6:00
PM PST tonight provided you did pre-order before the 29th.
