Pre Ordered destiny on xbox 360 for xbox one

I preordered Destiny on the 360 but bought the xbox one edition and havent recieved my beta key. anyone else purchase it this way and receive there key?

Can 360 game codes be used on the Xbox one?

I went to pre order the ghost edition of destiny for the Xbox one a few months ago but they were out. Instead i decided to pre order the standard edition for the Xbox one and pre ordered the ghost edition for the 360. The ghost edition comes with codes to
get in game items and expansion packs will i be able to use those codes on the Xbox one?

i pre ordered a copy of destiny for xbox one from game and they dint give me a code

 

Hi RedFox, the beta keys will be available just before the beta goes live. Just be patient and check in your profile on the Bungie website under redeemed codes.

 

You should have received a code for entering the beta when you preordered. This code is to be entered into your account on Bungie.net, and when the beta comes out for Xbox One the actual beta code that you're supposed to redeem on Xbox LIVE is given to you.

I would check with whoever you bought the game from. The retailers are responsible for giving out the codes that are entered on Bungie.net.

 

I'm having a similar issue, myself. I purchased the pre-order off of xbox Live on the 5th of this month and reserved my copy for the xbox one. I received a confirmation number but that was it. The beta test is swiftly approaching and I want to make sure
I get full use of my purchase but I still haven't received my beta code from live (who I did purchase the game from). If there is a moderator or what ever their title may be, I would love to hear from them on this issue as I don't seem to be the only one.

 

As noted above you'll need to contact the retailer from where you purchased it from. If you purchased it from Xbox Live, you could start with customer support,
Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support.

Meanwhile, the weapons you may be looking for can be found at the dealer next to the shipmaster. They have to be bought though. The emblem can be found at the special store in the same building as the post office.
