I had pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 deluxe edition on 3/3/16 and after waiting 7-10 days and did not get the code for dark souls.

Keep in mind that codes will take 7-10 days to send. Once 10 days have passed and you still haven't received your code, please post a new thread letting us know. You can check Microsoft Commerce to see
the exact date you purchased.
