    I pre ordered Beyond Light and was able to claim the pre order bonuses in-game, but in order history its saying that it was declined and that I dont have it in-game. It also was ordered in August but didn't charge until a few days ago

    Where did you pre-order from? Digital pre-orders seem to have access to the pre-order content. You may need to contact the seller / store for the code.

    If you visit the store and search for Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Pre-Order Bonus Pack, are you able to download the content? That should be how you access the pre-order content for Advanced Warfare as the description for the Black Ops 3 pre-order describes.

    Can you please clarify which content you're missing? If you cancelled your pre-order and later repurchased the game you would not be eligible for the pre-order content.
