    No Xbox rewards - game pre order

    Hi,

    I pre ordered call of duty: WW2 and was expecting to see some credits in my rewards for pre ordering but my balance says 0 and pending also says 0.

    Am I wrong in thinking I should get some credits for pre ordering this game?

    Pre order rewards

    I have pre ordered star wars bf2. Assassins creed and cod ww2 but my stamp card does not show star wars as pre ordered. Could you tell me why it would appear Microsoft are withholding 15000 credits I have earned?

    If you preordered on or after October 1, it would count as a punch on your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits.

    The only offer pre-orders are eligible for is Games on Demand. As stated in the FAQ for this offer, you must make three eligible pre-orders during the offer period to complete this offer. Since you have not yet completed this offer, you have not earned any
    Credits.

    How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

    Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) digital Games on Demand titles in the Microsoft Store between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order

    Hi Hurlamania. You pre-ordered Forza 7 on August 29, 2017. The offer started on September 18th. You qualified for the plays, but the pre-order was not eligible for the Rewards Credits. Pre-orders had to be made during the offer period for the Rewards Credits.

    From the FAQ:

    When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?



    Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

    Since it is not the end of the offer, it is too early to see Credits for completion of the offer.

    If you digitally preordered the game you do not need a code to play the beta. You just need to download the beta separately from the store by searching for call of duty beta.
