    pre ordered call of duty ww2 didnt get any points for it


    O preordered COD WW2 the deluxe edition ($99) I know I only get the punchard points if I get all 3 punches, but with my live rewards I should get 4% back on purchases will that not show up until the end of the month or should it show up now?

    Pre order punchcard rewards

    Hello

    I pre ordered 3 games digitally to get the punchcard reward:

    AC: origins

    Call of duty WW2

    and star wars battlefront 2

    but It says that I only pre ordered AC and battlefront 2 and I’m pretty sure I pre ordered call of duty before release.

    Is there any way to fix it ?

    I never received my rewards for completed the ‘pre order punchcard’ mission

    I pre ordered the 3 games from the list and never received my reward. I pre ordered FIFA 18,

    Star Wars Battlefront 2, and Call of Duty WW2.

    Preorders do not count towards VIP. So the only way to receive credits for that purchase is by completing the punchcard.

    What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
    movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
    or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    Therefore, this pre-order will not award MyVIP payback since it is not eligible. It can only be Rewarded by the Games on Demand punchcard. Otherwise, MyVIP eligible purchases are paid back midway through the following month, as stated in the FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    If you preordered on or after October 1, it would have counted as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would have needed 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits.
