    Pre ordered black ops cold war and has to rebuy it


    I recently as of October purchased black ops cold war as a pre order digitally and been playing it ever since it came out as of today nov 17 11am I was playing in multiplayer and in mid game I get kicked off and the game resets and I try to play cold
    war again and it says that I need to "purchase the game to play it " when I've already owned the game and I went to the Xbox store and it says i have to spent another 60$ to play cold war again and it dissapeared off my hard drive completely how do I get
    my game back?

    You cant ise a pre paid card or debit card that waas my problem

    Check if you have installed all game packs in manage game and add-ons.

    Then clean your console's MAC, restart your internet devices for a few minutes and try again.
    To clean the MAC follow this path
    Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

    best call of duty

    Depends if you like WWII (CoD 2, 3, World at War), Cold War era (Black Ops), or modern shooters (MW1-3).

    Black Ops has the best story imo.
