Pre-ordered black ops 3 digital deluxe but didn't install properly

So I just paid £79.99 to pre-order call of duty: black ops 3 and it installed. Sweet now I'm gonna go on advanced warfare and open the two advanced supply drops i get. go on Advanced warfare and they're not there. I check to see if the Black ops 3 calling
card and camo are there but again, not there. I thought you know what it is i need to restart my xbox so I turned of my xbox one waited 5 minutes turned it back on and it still wasnt there. restarted again and they're still not there. I went on the store went
on the digital deluxe clicked manage and it said the bundle was 106.2 MB i then looked at the size of the game and it said 106.2 MB so for some reason it won't let me install the things please help I'm completely lost and it feels really weird as I'm usually
the guy everyone goes to for tech help i don't know how its not working or why.

Black Ops 3 Pre-Order

Okay so I just pre-ordered the Black Ops 3 Digital Deluxe version and to my surprise the download was only 106.2Mb...MB!!! Why is the full game not downloading like every other game I pre-order does? Is this not the case with Black Ops 3? Will the full game
be there to download anytime?

Sorry to hear it. I recently ran into a similar issue with my pre-order of Halo 5. The only explanation I have for this is that the game is not completely finished yet and, as such, the download is only a placeholder for when the game is actually released.

I have checked online for more information on this and that seems to be the most plausible reason.

Thanks for the reply that does seem possible however when you pre-order this it gives you ingame stuff and i have seen other people using the ingame stuff so i dont think its just a placeholder but im gonna wait till tommorow to see if it just takes a bunch
of time before doing a load more looking into it

I have now pre-order the digital deluxe edition.

Now the MCC has been fixed and the Halo 4 playlist is on it I'm now enjoying Halo again.

That and the footage I've seen of Warzone persuaded me to cancel my digital pre-order of Black ops 3 and order Halo 5 instead

If you pre ordered digitally simply go to the store on your console, search "Black Ops 4 beta" and install from there. No code required on digital pre orders.

Thanks for reaching out to us! We understand it can cause worry when items are missing from a purchase. I would like to ask, which version was purchased for Black Ops 4? For instance,

Digital Deluxe Enhanced Edition,
Digital Deluxe Edition, or the
Standard Edition. The items will be received for the DLC within the game tile once they have been published. They should appear under:

Press Xbox Button > My Games & Apps > See All > Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 > Manage Game > Add-ons.

Items will be shown under Installed or ready to install. Let us know if there is anything missing still.
