Pre-ordered Battlefront II, not counting toward MyMission reward

I pre-ordered it in September and now that there is a pre-order mission that involves the game, will I get rewarded for already pre-ordering it?

I have since pre-ordered two other games and feel like I should receive the reward since I have pre-ordered three of the games on the list.

Does something pre-ordered previously count towards the games on demand punchcard?

pre-ordered Battlefront II a while back and i’d like to know if it counts towards the punchcard.

Pre-order rewards

I canceled and re-ordered Battlefront 2 during the promotion period for the pre-order rewards and it's still not counting it as pre-ordered. Assassin's Creed and Wolfenstein are there but I still only have two out of three. It'd be nice to get the rewards
for these since I pre-ordered like six games on the list anyways and even re-ordered battlefront during the promotion period

In order to qualify, the games have to be preordered during the offer period. Since you preordered it before the offer began it will not be eligible.

Pre-orders do not count towards VIP so it would not have counted towards your VIP boost. Pre-orders will only count for credits or anything if they are part of a specific offer on the site at the time. So your Halo Wars 2 purchase would have counted towards
your Games on Demand Punchcard. Individual purchases are not shown on your Rewards statement. Only offers you have complete.

You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order to get a response from Rewards support. Keep in mind that in-game consumables, pre-orders, and subscriptions do not count towards VIP.

But this is for the pre order punch card so it must count.

i have pre ordered AC Origin and Shadow so far and its not showing as pre ordered will i get the rewards if i pre order another title from the list or do i lose out again on this promo

If you pre-ordered digitally you can just search for Battlefront II in the store and select the beta to download it.
