Pre ordered a game that is not downloading and installing

I pre ordered Assassin's Creed Valhalla and I read that it was going to be released on November 9, 2020. It is now November 9, 2020, but the game is not installing. When I look in my games and apps group, the game is there but in its pre ordered status.
That is to say, it reads Assassin's Creed Valhalla Pre ordered. What's going on? How do I get the game to install?

Pre install of the game is available for digital pre orders only. If you pre ordered the game digitally then you should see a placeholder for it in My Games and Apps. Go there and highlight the game then press the start button on your controller. Choose
Manage Game then go to Ready to Install to download it.

From there you can also go to the store and search for the version of the game you digitally pre ordered. Select Manage Game and go to Ready to Install to download any extra content you're entitled to.

Same here, bought the Mafia III Pre-order Bundle.

Wont show up in "Ready to Install" (like the most Games i pre-ordered.)

I thought its Pre-download ? Different Versions ?

If it's in your Games and Apps and not under ready to install, then it should be pre-loaded. The game releases in 2 hours so it will still say it's a pre-order until then.

It's already set to pre download ut only if you have already installed from the digital pre order.

Just to clarify the misinformation - on the competition, digital pre-order has been in place for ages. Pre-download (and pre-install) start June 24th.
