    Hi, Staff.

    I pre-ordered a game from Microsoft Store on 11/24/2016 (Final Fantasy XV) which released on the 28th and was shipped to my home. However, the 15K pt promo described on the Rewards site (Xbox Live Rewards) has
    not been credited to my account as of today. My next deposit is on the 15th of this month and was hoping they could be added to the current pending balance (4500 credits) scheduled to deposit then.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    VIP rewards member not getting rewards points for purchases or pre-orders

    I got an email showing an incentive to get 15K in rewards points each for pre-ordering games like Mafia 3 and Watchdogs, which i had pre-ordered both at that point. When I looked up my rewards history, i did not receive points for either game, not even under
    pending points. All of my content is digital, I have been a rewards member for years. I am seeing some points that have been received, but i am concerned I am not getting all the points I should be. Please assist.

    Missing Reward points for Titanfall 2 pre-0rder

    I have been directed to this site to try and collect the 15K in points promised for pre-ordering Titanfall2. I pre- ordered over 2 months ago but no points. Can you tell me what I need to do to claim this reward.

    The credits should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the game shipped. So it's too early to see them pending.
