Pre ordered a game and now it says i haveto purchase it again and i have not been refunded

The money was taken from my account when i purchased it months ago though and i payed with a debit card

Same thing has happened with me and the new Lego Star Wars game but I haven’t got my money back £60 gone

Keep in mind that if you preordered with a credit card/Paypal, you're not charged until within 10 days of the game's release. If they try to charge you and can't, the order is cancelled. So if the order was declined, you wouldn't have been charged.

I refunded a game and now I've changed my mind, I can't outright buy the game as I pre ordered and received a exculsive pre order bonus, however this DLC is now not available for purchase, can I give back my credit that I got from the refund and get the game + exculsive content back?

No. There is no way to undo a refund once its already been made and received.

I have been denied a refund for a digital game.

This game is a pre order, and is not currently released, therefore I have had zero gaming time on the product.

The pre order was purchased more than 14 days ago, however, as stated above, I have not yet had access to the game. It has not been played. It's not fair to punish players for being excited and pre ordering several weeks/ a couple months in advance.
