    Question regarding this month’s Xbox Live Rewards

    Hi! This month on Xbox Live Rewards featured the pre-order games and getting rewarded from them. I have pre-ordered Destiny 2 early but I didn’t get a chance to redeem it before the end date. So I would like to know is there still a way to redeem it or I’ve
    missed my shot.

    Pre order punch card points not recieved!

    I bought Destiny 2 on 8/28/17 and Destiny 2 released on 9/6/17, meaning I pre ordered it. Though, I did not receive points on my pre order punch card. Please help! I make big game purchases like this frequently and want to be rewarded for them!

    Well wife called. Guess the release day delivery is not guaranteed. The CS rep said that you have to pay for the $17 express shipping and then it would get to me within 2 days. And she asked about the Halo 5 order and it is 3-7 days. And I would have
    to pay $17 to get that within 2 days of release. Basically,

    Exclusive offer: Pre-order now and get a $10 Xbox gift card digital code within 10 days after the game's release.1 Plus, pre-order by 2PM PST on August 21st and get it the day it's released.

    only means that you may get it on release if you pay for the express shipping which can take 2 days from shipment. Even the Xbox Live Rewards site mentions the free release day delivery. Still supposed to get the $15 (15,000 rewards credits) for each pre-order
    though the rewards. Hope that comes though since that was the reason I pre-ordered from the MS Store.

    I'm pretty sure the rewards are for pre-ordering rather than for having it Day One if you get me. That's the way I see it anyway, that the Day One editions are like the Pre-order bonuses you get with say GTAV or something

    Keep in mind it takes 96 hours for purchases to reflect on the website, subsequently it must be the digital version purchased through xbox.com or the xbox one store. Subsequently, there is no promotion to earn rewards for pre-ordering that game alone. The
    current promotion calls for pre-ordering 3 eligible titles to earn 15,000 reward credits. So you would need to purchase the remaining 2 eligible titles in order to receive the rewards.

    The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work on weekends.
