Pre ordered 17 10 days ago and no code for ea access HELP!

i pre ordered fifa 17 on the 10th of sepetember and it offered a free month of ea access and it takes 7-10 days its now the 20th and i was on live support earlier this morning and they told me to post on the forum and been near enough 7 hours no reply so
i just went on the live chat again and they forwarded me to here again :/ quite a shame as im on holiday the release of fifa thats why i bought the super deluxe to get the ea access

I pre ordered FIFA 17 2 Saturdays ago and FIFA 17 comes out tommorow.the ea access code hasn't come to my inbox yet And it said 7-10 days,it's been 11.Im just wondering when I'll get my code....

I have been on to Xbox colleagues and my ea acces code that I was entitled to when I pre ordered FIFA 17 10 days ago still hasn't arrived please help ive been through a lot of hassle trying to get the code it says 7-10 days to arrive and I've done the 10
days and still no code

hey Mister i needed the code for tommorow as that when ea access early fifa 17 is in a few weeks i wont need it as fifa 17 will be out :/

Sorry for any delays, they do appear in waves though. Have you received your code as of yet? More codes went out recently.
