    Pre-Ordered = 0 Xbox Reward Points


    I pre-ordered Battlefield 1 one/two months before it's release and didn't get the Xbox Live Reward points for it. Was there one in the first place? I also pre-ordered the Ezio Collection but I'm sure there wasn't points for that.

    Not receiving credits.

    I have been purchasing digital downloads and they are not showing up in my rewards balance. I pre-ordered several games from the pre-order list for the 15,000 points but it says I have none ordered. Any ideas? My balance is basically 0 yet I have purchased
    several of the titles that qualify.

    Destiny 2 pre order points

    I pre ordered destiny 2 on the Xbox store and didn't receive my reward points.

    Pre-Ordered = 0 Xbox Reward Points

    There was an offer early in September for Battlefield. Support can double check the dates and see if you preordered during that offer, otherwise there were no offers to receive credits just for preordering that game.

    Since your purchase of Battlefield 1 occurred in October, it was not eligible for any offers. As Smwutches says, the only offer for Battlefield was in September. You are correct that there are currently no offers for the Ezio Collection.

    Since your purchase of Battlefield 1 occurred in October, it was not eligible for any offers. As Smwutches says, the only offer for Battlefield was in September. You are correct that there are currently no offers for the Ezio Collection.

    They have rewards for pre-orders on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site.

    There's even a specific mission related to pre-orders right now for Gems and a 15,000 point bonus: https://rewards.xbox.com/en-US/games-on-demand/
