Pre orderd doom and didnt get doom 1 and 2 within 10 days

Discus and support Pre orderd doom and didnt get doom 1 and 2 within 10 days in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I pre orderd doom and if you do that you get doom 1 and 2 with it within 7 to 10 days.     Pre orderd doom and didnt get doom 1 and 2 within 10 days


    I pre orderd doom and if you do that you get doom 1 and 2 with it within 7 to 10 days. Its been more then that and I still have not received a DL code for doom 1 and 2. Why?
