    Pre-order was unexpectantly declined


    I have bought Forza Horizon 4 as a pre order for the standard version. Just recently tried to play it and it pops up a message stating that i need to pay for the game in order to play it, though i was able to play it before with no issue. When i contacted
    microsoft for support all they told me was they are experiencing technical difficulties and to call back in approx. 3 hours from now. So they are of no assistance to me.

    also, my CC information is correct and up to date. It is an active card. But it declined it for whatever reason without notifying me.

    Hello Prime,

    Sorry for the issue with the game. I would try and contact Support again as they will be able to see what happened with the purchase. There are many different reasons why it can be declined. For example if there was a service alert for purchase and content
    usage (which there have been a lot of lately) it could mess up the transaction. So definitely get in touch with support they can look it over for you.

    If you go to your account, under Orders does it show the purchase/pre-order or does it show that it's cancelled?
