    It happened around the same time that I've pre-ordered Fallout 4.

    Maybe it mixed something up. (pre-order went alright.) I've read somewhere else that also pre-ordered around the same time and got halo 5 too.

    Hi xxFMXERxx. Unfortunately, you had to be a member at the time of pre-order in order to qualify for the extra keys. Since your pre-order was made on 9/28 and your registration date was on 10/10, the pre-order did not qualify.

    purchase history     to make sure the pre-order actually went through.

    pre-orders are charged 10 days before release and if there aren't enough funds in the account at that time the pre-order is cancelled.
