pre-order street fighter 30th anniversary and No SF4 code

The code will come when the game is released normally

I have contacted Xbox support twice, they told me that we can only post here or e-mail Capcom USA at L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** as our only chance to get the codes. That technically it is 10 business days, so that none of us have a case
until June 13th when the 10 business days will have ended. I have made two posts here and no answers, I have not gotten my codes either, and that we should all wait until after June 13th to raise concerns and that it isn't a big deal as it isn't like anyone
is going to die, and we will eventually get the codes after time. This was told to me by Xbox Support specialists Paul and Randy. I really hope someone will contact someone and help to get us our codes. Microsoft isn't doing anything, Capcom isn't doing
anything....

I bought the street fighter game 30th anniversary collection and already spent 10 useful days and I did not receive the code of the ultra street fighter 4 ... how should I proceed?

I’ve contacted support twice. I’ve contacted Capcom. No one seems to have a clue. I gave up ever getting this preorder bonus. Such a shame.
