    Pre-order rewards not registering


    I pre-ordered 4 titles.

    WWE 2K18 deluxe

    South Park The Fractured But Whole

    The Sims 4

    Lego Marvel Superheroes 2

    None have registered in my punchcard. What can we do so I get my rewards?

    Pre-order punch card problem

    I pre-ordered Dragonball Xenoverse 2 special edition on 10/21. It is not registering on my pre-order punch card. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

    Pre-ordered games not showing on punchcard

    I have prevordered 4 games from the list of pre-order games to qualify for my reward of 15000 credits I have pre-ordered South Park Fractured but hole and Call of Duty WW2 as the punchcard shows but I have also pre-ordered Assisisans Creed origins and need
    for speed payback, I can understand need for speed not registering yet but I should have received the reward from the other 3 games assisisans creed was in fact the first one I pre-ordered ages ago!

    Please check this and sort it out for me

    Pre-order rewards not registering

    If you made the eligible digital purchases after the promotion started (October 1st) AND it has been over 96 hours, then the staff will have to review your account. The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days
    to reply. Keep in mind, if it has not been 96 hours since your eligible digital purchases, then it would be too soon to see the information registered on the website.

    Hi Hurlamania. You pre-ordered Forza 7 on August 29, 2017. The offer started on September 18th. You qualified for the plays, but the pre-order was not eligible for the Rewards Credits. Pre-orders had to be made during the offer period for the Rewards Credits.

    Only digital purchases from the Xbox store are eligible for MyVIP. Console purchases do not increase progress or award MyVIP payback. Furthermore, game consumables and pre-orders are not eligible for Rewards. Also, we only Reward purchases made in the regional
    currency of your Xbox Live Rewards region. Since you registered as a Great Britain region Rewards Member, we are only Rewarding purchases made in GBP.

    There is no offer that would award a pre-order of Madden 18 from May. The only similar offer would have been our Games on Demand offer currently running, but that only awards pre-orders made Since July, and also is only completed once you make three eligible
    purchases, as specified in the FAQ:

    Additionally, since you registered as a US Microsoft Account member, and created a US Rewards Account, only purchases in USD are eligible for Rewards. Since your purchases have been in a different regional currency they are not eligible for Rewards.
