Pre-order reward problem.

Bonjour, je précommande le jeu black desert online et il y a dans la récompense de ce dernier plusieurs cadeaux offerts via un coffre ouvrir dans le jeu.
J'ai donc ouvert le coffre mais il s'avère que de nombreuses récompenses (objet d'équipement et monture d'appareils) ne sont pas l comme il se doit.
J'ai reçu l'autre moitié de la récompense (famillier et perle).
Je précise que j'ai vérifié le bon emplacement dans l'inventaire, y compris le courrier (en jeu).
Mon Gamertag XBOX ONE est . J'ajoute que j'ai pris la précommande 30 euros . Thank you for your reply .

Got the same problem and pre ordered Forza Horizon 3, NHL 17, Bioshock Collection and Batman return to Arkham. Still no reward. Didn't have to pre order but with the promo I decided why not. Shouldn't have and won't pre order again. I'm not happy right now.

Which version did you pre-order? The standard version only comes with the pet and the pearls. The other equipment is only included in the Deluxe or the Ultimate Editions.
