    So, on October 17th I had purchased Battlefield 1 early enlisters edition as a pre order. For one of the my rewards objectives was to pre order any game before the end of the year and recieve 15000 rewards points. As of now I have not recieved any of those
    points. I am trying to recieve the points soon so I can put it towards the borderlands handsome collection...it is on sale this week. Please help. PS I have already contacted the microsoft support team multiple times and they just told me to post in the forums.

    if I pre order games or buy something that is qualified for reward points do I still get the points if I pre order it or buy something on my xbox or do I have to go to the rewards website ?

    Also keep in mind that the credits should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the game shipped as long as you preordered from microsoftstore.com There would not be a way to have them deposited before this week's Deals with Gold ends.

    I`ve got your reply.

    Virtually every quarter, pre-orders have their own promotion that run and typically reward 15,000 reward points for pre-ordering 3 eligible titles. Unless you are a 5 Star MyVip member and receive the full 10% back then that promotion is worth more than
    you would get if you just pre-ordered them at received MyVip % back.

    There are no offers to receive credits just for preordering that game. If you preordered it on or after October 1, it would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible preorders to complete the offer and receive
    the 15,000 credits.
