    I cancelled a pre order on 9th oct and still haven’t received the fund back to my Microsoft wallet I was wondering how long until I get refunded for the order it was call of duty pre ordered

    Just to add, there have been some reports of Spyro pre-ordered being refunded. So if you had pre-ordered with your Microsoft account balance, that could be the refund. You would just need to pre-order it again.

    Can I exchange a game that I bought 5 months ago if I haven't played it?

    Since that one's still on pre-order, if you haven't been charged yet, you should be able to cancel the pre-order at http://account.microsoft.com and then purchase the correct version.

    If you have been charged, you can try submitting a refund request, but since the pre-order was over 14 days ago, a refund is not guaranteed.

    My the final shape dlc was cancelled which I'm OK with however I still haven't received my refund its been over 2wks since cancellation

    If you pre-ordered with a credit/debit card, then there won't be a refund, as you do not get charged for pre-orders until around 10 days before release of the game/DLC. If you pre-ordered with Microsoft credit, then you are charged straight away. You would have been refunded back in your Microsoft account if you paid with that.
