    Pre-Order Punchcard Still Not Working


    I pre-ordered Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus (Digital Deluxe Edition), Call of Duty: World War 2 (Digital Deluxe Edition), and Star Wars: Battlefront 2 (Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition) all on October 14th. I still have not received
    my 15,000 reward credits, and now I cannot even access My Rewards. When I try to sign in, this message pops up: "We'll Be Right Back. Xbox Live Rewards is currently undergoing a short maintenance period. Please check back soon!" It has been like this for a
    day now, but I can view and click on all of the Rewards tabs when I'm not signed in. Please help!

    Pre-Order Punchcard Not Working

    Hi MASTERMINDEVAN. It takes about 96 hours for purchases to process and punchcards to update. You should see your Credits soon.

    Purchased Destiny 2 Digital Deluxe- Did not receive the MyVIP Percentage Back

    Hi Notanewb2010. Smwutches is correct. Your pre-order went towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since the punchcard wasn't completed, you did not get awarded.

    Support will double check it for you, but keep in mind it takes about 96 hours for punches to show after completing eligible purchases. Credits for that offer will be given about 96 hours after all 3 games have been released.

    Did you pre-order before the punchcard was available? If so, the purchase wouldn't count towards the punchcard.
