Pre-order Punchcard Points

i pre ordered 3 games but i never got my third games to be registered in my punchcard I
have attached a link of the preorder bonus at the time. (This is not my punchcard but a fellow customer). Earlier i created a post saying my preorders (Dragonball xenoverse, Final Fantasy, Resident Evil 7) did not award me with 15k credits. Whats the problem?
You have a visual of the offers and my games included. Please explain in full detail why i am not receiving my credits? Was the preorder bonus just a goof to bring in more sales? I wont stop until i receive 15k credits for my preorders, or someone speaks the
truth.

Xbox Rewards - Punch Card Releases

There are two separate deals going on right now with that, there's the Games on Demand punchcard which does not include digital pre-orders and there's a pre-order one going on where you have to preorder through microsoftstore.com and that one is pre-order a game that ships before June 30th to get 15,000 reward points.

This offer was completed on July 15th and was a part of your July 26th deposit. For future reference, you can see an entire statement of your Credit and deposit activity on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

 

In order to qualify, the games had to be preordered during the offer period which began on October 1. According to support, only your preorder of Resident Evil was made during the offer period. The other games were not, so they were not eligible.

 

Odd, support has been verifying my preorders. All 3 games i preordered during that offer. How will i get in contact with your support team.

 

I am looking at my order history and i have all that say preorder bundle. In conclusion, who is your support team so i may point out my purchases while the punchcard offer was going on.

 

Rewards support can only be found in this forum and Twitter. They are the ones who responded to your original post (Xbox Punchcard Rewards)
and they will respond here as well. Phone and chat support do not handle the Rewards program so they do not have correct information regarding the offers.

 

So, they do not have the correct information regarding the offers. How exactly are they qualified to know what i preordered. This is simply showing me no one can do their job correctly.

So what the "support team" is saying is "Because we do not have our information correct, you do not get your points"?

 

Phone and chat support still have access to your billing account which would show them any transactions on your account. All I'm saying is, if that's who you've spoken to regarding if your purchases were made during the offer period, they would not have
information about the offer and would not be able to give you correct information regarding that offer.

 

I understand they are more on the technical issues, thats why im trying to handle my situation with you guys, but even that is complicated. Again see the link of the customer who screenshots the bonus offer. All 3 games that i preordered (Xenoverse 2, RE7,
Final fantasy) are on that bonus offer. I have my order history that also matches all preorders during that time. So again what is being done to reward the players their points.

As mentioned in your previous post only purchases made during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since the offer period for the previous Games on Demand began in October, your purchase of Dragonball Xenoverse
2 on September 3rd was not eligible. Since September comes before October, it was not within the eligibility period. You purchase of Final Fantasy XV on April 20th was similarly not eligible, as April was also before the offer
became available.

Just like how the current Games on Demand says the following:

The previous Games on Demand FAQ said:

Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between October 1, 201600:01 UTC and December 31,201623:59 UTC.

Since only your purchase of Resident Evil was made on November 25th, within the offer period, it was the only purchase that awarded a punch. Since you need three punches to complete the offer, you did not complete the offer,
and therefore did not receive Rewards Credits.

The body of the Games on Demand mission page is only for tracking purposes. It will show that you pre-order purchases, but that is only to let you know which games you have left available to purchase for the punchcard.
The actual punchcard is the 1 -2 -3 at the top of the page. That punchcard is what Rewarding is based off of. The body is only to help you see what you eligible titles are still available for you to pre-order.
