    Pre-order Punchcard not updating


    Hi,

    As per instruction on an earlier post, I pre-ordered Resident Evil 7 Deluxe Edition on Thursday last week and the punchcard has not changed to reflect my purchase.

    I also pre-ordered Mass Effect Andromeda soon after and that has also yet to track, could this be looked into please as I would like to complete the punchcard.

    Hi Notanewb2010. Smwutches is correct. Your pre-order went towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since the punchcard wasn't completed, you did not get awarded.

    Hello The 7s Legend,

    We identified an issue with Games on Demand, and deployed a hotfix for this problem a few days ago. I see that you are now being properly punched for these purchases, and you should see the punches appear on the 1 - 2 - 3 punchcard at the top of the mission
    page in the next few days. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
