    Pre-Order Punchcard not counting a game?


    Hello,

    I pre-ordered both Monster Hunter & Dragon Ball FighterZ for the punch card mission but it appears that I am only receiving credit for Monster Hunter.

    Dragon Ball now says "Released" and is greyed out even though I preordered it... Monster Hunter is also greyed out but it DOES acknowledge that I preordered it.

    What needs to be done to fix this so I get credit for Dragon Ball?

    Hi Notanewb2010. Smwutches is correct. Your pre-order went towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since the punchcard wasn't completed, you did not get awarded.

    What counts toward VIP star ranking?

    I pre-ordered a game and it counted toward the pre-order punchcard. Will this pre-order amount also count toward the total for obtaining a VIP star rank? If not, can the allocation of that pre-order amount be altered so it goes toward the VIP star rank
    instead of the punchcard?

    From the FAQ:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



    Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order.

    If you only recently purchased a pre-order of Dragon Ball, we have not received that data yet.

    If you pre-ordered before the punchcard, it won't count. The purchase only counts after you activate the punchcard.

    Did you pre-order before the punchcard was available? If so, the purchase wouldn't count towards the punchcard.

    You only get credit if you make the purchase during the dates listed on the punchcard. If you pre-ordered before the punchcard, the purchase doesn't count.
