Pre-Order punchcard issue

So, I just today discovered the promotion, but I had already been pre-ordering some of the qualifying titles already.

Except that, for whatever reason, the promotion does not indicate that I have qualified for ANY of the punches for these titles.

Please help.

Hi Notanewb2010. Smwutches is correct. Your pre-order went towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since the punchcard wasn't completed, you did not get awarded.

 

What counts toward VIP star ranking?

I pre-ordered a game and it counted toward the pre-order punchcard. Will this pre-order amount also count toward the total for obtaining a VIP star rank? If not, can the allocation of that pre-order amount be altered so it goes toward the VIP star rank
instead of the punchcard?

 

Did you preorder them before or after October 1? Any games preordered before the offer began on October 1, will not count.

 

Oh...yup, that's what it was for Shadow of War. Thanks for the help. Still bummed out, but, at least I understamd.
