    Pre-Order Punchcard Credits Missing


    Hello,

    At Xbox Live Rewards I have preordered 4 games from the overall list:

    Skyrim: Special Edition on 10/23/2016

    Titanfall 2 on 8/6/2016

    Dead Rising 4 on 11/15/2016

    Steep on 11/30/2016

    Is there any reason why I am still only showing 2 punches instead of 3, and receiving the 15,000 credits?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Missing 5k credits plus punches

    Missing 5k rewards for digital pre-order of Forza 7.. also missing punches for the 15k pre-order punchcard. After 10+ years on Xbox live I wonder how many rewards I haven't recieved from you guys after having been promised..

    Purchases can take up to 96 hours to be processed. It looks like we have not yet processed your purchase of Steep, which is why you are not receiving three punches (since your purchase of Titanfall was outside of the offer period, it was not eligible for
    this offer). We'll check in again on Monday and make sure this process has completed! We do not see any errors that would prevent this from occurring.

    You only get credit if you make the purchase during the dates listed on the punchcard. If you pre-ordered before the punchcard, the purchase doesn't count.

    Hi Viper7. Pre-orders do not qualify for MyVIP payback. Certain pre-orders do go towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. The current punchcard runs from October 1 to December 31. Your NHL 18 and COD: WWII did not qualify for an offer. Your Forza
    7 pre-order did qualify for the Forza offer, and 5,000 Credits were awarded. Those have been deposited to your Microsoft account.
