"Pre-Order Punchcard" 2016 Missing reward points.

Basically as the subject line states. I've yet to receive my fifteen thousand reward points. I preordered 'Resident Evil 7: Biohazard' three days before the cut off date for the promotion. I noticed that the new "Pre-Order Punchcard" doesn't show that 'Resident
Evil 7: Biohazard' was preordered at all. I'm thinking it's just a delay in sending out the points and updating the information, but I'm just making certain that everything is in order for the completion of the promotion.

Missing 5k credits plus punches

Missing 5k rewards for digital pre-order of Forza 7.. also missing punches for the 15k pre-order punchcard. After 10+ years on Xbox live I wonder how many rewards I haven't recieved from you guys after having been promised..

Per the terms of the promotion, the points are not awarded until 3 days following the titles launch. They specifically mentioned RE7 and that would be around January 26th, 2017 (launch is January 23rd, 2017).

A reward member will respond to confirm the purchase and let you know if everything is going okay. The reward staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

As Murphs says, since that title has a release date after the offer period, you will not see a punch for that game until up to 96 hours after the game releases. Apologies for the confusion.

Check the dates on the punchcard. If you pre-ordered before the punchcard became available, it would not be eligible. If you pre-ordered after, you'll want to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the rewards site.
