points.

I purchased Halo Wars two last year which is what I think the problem was, which is silly because I could have canceled it and repurchased it in January, thus ending in the same effect.

I purchased Mass Effect and Ghost Recon in January.

All three games as said by Microsoft Answer Tech William U above were "pre ordered successfully and their licenses have been applied to the account."

Yet I'm still waiting on rewards. Thanks in advance.

Because this is NOT done I'm reposting... and I remember I got into a live chat with a customer service rep around Feb 3, to Feb 6. Who HAD TOLD ME I was good and that after all 3 games came out
I'd get rewarded for this. So now you can't tell me I did not qualify. It is not my fault that you guys can not communicate clearly with your customer service reps. Now the conversation is saved on your end I suggest you go find that one too. You have the
date(I only remember due to the closed beta for Wildlands), and you have my account info.

Pre order punch card points not recieved!

I bought Destiny 2 on 8/28/17 and Destiny 2 released on 9/6/17, meaning I pre ordered it. Though, I did not receive points on my pre order punch card. Please help! I make big game purchases like this frequently and want to be rewarded for them!

Phone and chat support do not handle the rewards program at all so they do not have correct information regarding the offers. Per the terms of the offer, the games have to be preordered during the offer period which began on January 1. Since you preordered
Halo 2 before January 1, it is not eligible.

Since our Rewards program is an addition to the Xbox platform, they are not up to date on our offers. The only place to receive accurate information on the Xbox Live Rewards program is on this forum. As mentioned previously, since your purchase was not made
within the offer period, it was not eligible for the offer, and so did not award a punch.
