pre order punch card promo for december 2016 15000 points not received

back in december 2016 there was a pre order puch card promotion that stated I would get a $ 15 credit once I pre ordered 3 qualifying titles one of the titles was resident evil 7 the other pre orders were dead rising 4 and final fantasy 15 . I purchased
all my games within the promotions time frame before they were released but as of 1/28 I have not received the 15000 point credit 92 hours have already passed . can you please review my account and verify when I will be receiving my promotional points.

Pre-order punch card

I pre-ordered three games that were on the pre-order punch card list, all show up as 'pre-ordered' but I have not received my 15000 points. The three games were Titanfall 2, Final Fantasy XV, and Dead Rising 4.

Pre-Order-Games / Punch Card Oct 2016 - Dec 2016

I pre-orderd Resident Evil 7 at the 18. December 2016. Now the game is released since a week and I didn't get the points for the last Pre-Order-Games Punch Card.

Hi JIMZ32TT. The current Games on Demand punchcard runs from October 1 to December 31. Purchases must be made during the promotional offer period to be eligible. Since those purchases were made prior to the offer period, they do not qualify.

But this is for the pre order punch card so it must count.

i have pre ordered AC Origin and Shadow so far and its not showing as pre ordered will i get the rewards if i pre order another title from the list or do i lose out again on this promo
