    Pre-order punch card problem


    I pre-ordered Dragonball Xenoverse 2 special edition on 10/21. It is not registering on my pre-order punch card. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

    I am missing a punch on the Xbox live rewards pre order punch card I pre ordered call of duty ww2 and it's not showing it on Xbox live rewards and it didn't even punch the card for it

    games on demand punch card issue

    On the games on demand pre order punch card I've been give a punch for South Park the fractured but whole and Call of Duty WWII. The issue is I was not given the third punch for my pre order of WWE2K18.

    We have determined that there is an issue properly recognizing the Deluxe Edition of Xenoverse 2. We are currently in the process of correcting this issue. When I can confirm with our platform team that this issue has been deployed, I'll update you here!
