Pre order punch card points not recieved!

I bought Destiny 2 on 8/28/17 and Destiny 2 released on 9/6/17, meaning I pre ordered it. Though, I did not receive points on my pre order punch card. Please help! I make big game purchases like this frequently and want to be rewarded for them!

Xbox rewards punch card not filling up

Hi

I've pre-ordered multiple games under the pre order punch card program through the digital xbox Store in order to get the reward. At least three of those games have been released at no point have I seen the punch card get filled or recieved any kind of reward.

Can someone please help me with this. It's pretty disappointing. I'm started to get really frustrated with xbox online services just not working.

Pre order punch card issue

I am missing a punch on the Xbox live rewards pre order punch card I pre ordered call of duty ww2 and it's not showing it on Xbox live rewards and it didn't even punch the card for it

Did you preorder any other games? Destiny would have counted as 1 punch on the card. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits.

Since you have only made one purchase, you have not yet completed the offer.

As long as you activated the punch card before pre ordering the game then you should get your 6000 points on release day.

Yeah, it kinda sucks, but that's how it is. The rewards punch cards are to get people to try games they might not have otherwise. It's a promotion between Microsoft and the company for whos game it is. The same situation applies on purchasing games
vs pre-ordering. If you pre-order and a punch card comes out, it's ineligible to earn that punch card. Sucks because I do love earning the points but I realize that it's to incite those that wouldn't otherwise buy the product, and not reward those that are
already on board.

I used the punch card then pre-ordered the deluxe version but I haven't got my 6000 points. Did I have to preorder the normal version for this to work.
