    Pre-order punch card not registering any preorders.


    My preorder punch cards is still displaying 0 credits earned and is no longer displaying that I have any games preordered. I had; Titanfall, Call of Duty, WatchDogs, FF15, Mafia 3, Dead Rising 4 and Skyrim preordered.

    They used to have "preordered" written below their image however it no longer does that now.

    Pre-order punch card problem

    I pre-ordered Dragonball Xenoverse 2 special edition on 10/21. It is not registering on my pre-order punch card. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

    Pre-ordered digital titles before the punch card, not showing on punch card

    I pre-ordered sea of thieves and also farcry 5, this month a mission is to pre order items. The punch card doesn't account for these two preorders. is this a bug or a glitch? Can I get my 2 punches?

    Hello Cynical Kelly,

    Since none of your purchases were within the offer period for the current Games on Demand offer, they were not eligible for that offer. Furthermore, we do not see a digital purchase of Titanfall 2. If you just pre-ordered that title, please keep in mind
    that purchases can take up to 96 hours to be processed.

    That seems a bit silly; the mission is to pre-order games so I missed the offer period because I pre-ordered too early? Can I cancel them and Pre-order again?

    I assume this means I shouldn't pre-order games ever again in case this happens again.

    But this is for the pre order punch card so it must count.

    i have pre ordered AC Origin and Shadow so far and its not showing as pre ordered will i get the rewards if i pre order another title from the list or do i lose out again on this promo

    Did you activate the punch card (if it needed activating) before you pre-ordered MW2?

    The Microsoft Rewards team are absolutely brilliant, if you contact them directly they will be able to help you by checking the date you preordered and the date that the punchcard was live
