Pre-order punch card not counting

Preorders do not count towards VIP.

But this is for the pre order punch card so it must count.

i have pre ordered AC Origin and Shadow so far and its not showing as pre ordered will i get the rewards if i pre order another title from the list or do i lose out again on this promo

We see that you have received a punch for both of these purchases. We see that the dates for theses purchases were the 6th and the 12th. Therefore, it sounds like you may not be aware of the fact that it takes our program up to 96 hours to receive and process
new data, as referred to in the FAQ for this offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order.

When you previously checked, you were likely only seeing a punch for your purchase on the 6th, as your purchase on the 12th had not been processed at that time.

We see that you received one punch for Mass Effect. The punchcard is the 1 - 2 - 3 at the top of the Games on Demand page. As Smwutches says, new activity takes up to 96 hours to be recognized, so your Ghost Recon purchase has yet to be punched. We do not
see a Halo Wars 2 pre-order. We see a purchase of that game made two days ago, which was not eligible, since it was not a pre-order.

Support will double check, but it does take about 96 hours for punches to update so if you preordered Ghost Recon 2 days ago, it would be too soon to see that punch. The credits won't show as pending until after all 3 games have been released.

It would be nice if they included pre-orders. At least lately, they moved up the dates for punch cards.
