pre-order punch card issue

have pre-ordered more than 3 games before release date and within the rewards time limit for pre-order 3 digital games but one has only been punched and dead rising 4 does not say i even pre-ordered when i actually did.

On the games on demand pre order punch card I've been give a punch for South Park the fractured but whole and Call of Duty WWII. The issue is I was not given the third punch for my pre order of WWE2K18.

Since your pre-order was made before the offer had been created, it was not eligible for that offer. From the FAQ:

Only pre-orders made during the offer period are eligible for that offer. Since your recent purchase is the only eligible purchase, you have only received one punch.

We have investigated purchase tracking with our web team, and have found a minor visual bug where our website is only displaying normal purchases of a title, and not reflecting Digital Deluxe purchases. This is something which we are working on correcting,
but it does not affect punches or Rewarding. I can confirm that you have been accurately punched for your eligible purchases.
