pre order punch card for 1/1 - 3/31 2017

I pre ordered mass effect andromeda wich is an eligible game for the current 15000 points pre order promotion but it doesnt show on my xbox live rewards account as pre ordered . I had the same issue with resident evil 7 in december as not showing as pre
ordered and has caused a delay in getting my promotion points added toi my account .

Games On Demand Pre-Order Mission /Punchcard

Serious problem with this mission,whereby you have to pre order 3 Games on Demand by 31/3/2017 for 15,000reward points.

I have 2 stamps on punch card already and have pre-order my 3rd,which is South Park The Fractured But Whole.

In the list of qualifying titles it shows the release date for each game: South Park shows 30/3/2017.

Must pre-order at least 1day prior for it to qualify.

Punch card updates 24hrs after a purchase.

Reward points given by 96hrs after 3rd game is released.

SO HERE IS THE ISSUE:

Even now,rewards site STILL shows release date of 30/3/2017

BUT release day shown in the store is 31/12/2017

I need to know on which of these dates my punch card will update and also when game will be released.

You can't expect anyone to have to wait an extra 9months for not only the game they have pre ordered and paid for,but also to complete this mission!?

I would not have paid the ridiculous amounts asked for the digital downloads had it not been for the 15,000reward points which based on the information given by yourselves I was expecting to be awarded by 2nd/3rd April 2017.NOT 3rd/4th January 2018!

How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?



Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order each game before
its shown release date to qualify. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

Since you did not make your purchases during the offer period (October 1 - December 31), you have not yet completed the offer. We did find that your Middle Earth punch was not displaying correctly, and our web team reports that you should see this punch
appear shortly.

 

If you pre-ordered Mass Effect Andromeda during the promotional period (Jan 1st to present) and it has been over 96 hours since the purchase then there is probably a hang-up that the staff needs to correct.

They will reply to you here. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

The punchcard is the 1 - 2 -3 at the top of the page. We see you have been awarded a punch for your purchase. The body of the Games on Demand page is only to show if you own the base version of a title. Since you purchased the deluxe edition, you have not
pre-ordered the normal version of Mass Effect.
