pre order punch card 15000 points

I have purchased and pre ordered 3 qualifying games and yet I have not received any credit for them Gamer I pre ordered are southpart the fractured but whole - assassins creed origins and wolfenstein 2 . I checked today and it doesnt show on xbox live
rewards that I have preordered anything or received credit for my pre orderes please review my account and help

Pre-order punch card

I pre-ordered three games that were on the pre-order punch card list, all show up as 'pre-ordered' but I have not received my 15000 points. The three games were Titanfall 2, Final Fantasy XV, and Dead Rising 4.

Not getting reward points from games purchases and rewards

hi,

I don't seem to be getting my reward points for punch cards and intermittently for games purchased! The last 15000 for pre order ring games I did 3 and waited and waited now over 30 days finished and no points

Any ideas?

Hi JIMZ32TT. The current Games on Demand punchcard runs from October 1 to December 31. Purchases must be made during the promotional offer period to be eligible. Since those purchases were made prior to the offer period, they do not qualify.

As long as you activated the punch card before pre ordering the game then you should get your 6000 points on release day.

Yeah, it kinda sucks, but that's how it is. The rewards punch cards are to get people to try games they might not have otherwise. It's a promotion between Microsoft and the company for whos game it is. The same situation applies on purchasing games
vs pre-ordering. If you pre-order and a punch card comes out, it's ineligible to earn that punch card. Sucks because I do love earning the points but I realize that it's to incite those that wouldn't otherwise buy the product, and not reward those that are
already on board.
