Pre-Order Promo states i didn't preorder any of my games.

Middle-earth: Shadow of War, WWE 2K18, and South Park: The Fractured but Whole but it staes i never pre ordered them and would like to get my credit please and thank you.

Where are my mission?

Hi

I have pre-order 2 on demand games and got two stamps on my card, I have only one more game left to pre-order to get the 15000 reward, this promo was going to end 31 march. I was going to preorder Southpark, but now I cant find this on my side on Xbox rewards
. On the other games I have preorder, my money was drawn about 10-12 days before game release, so now I wanted to wait a bit longer to preorder.

So its bit sadly now when this disappears and its first time I have preorder games to get this bonus and now its gone , also I preoder the deluxe edition of the games.

I dont think I gonna do this any more as the games costs more compared what you will get back, as you will have to repeat the steps next time when this mission coming back, preorder 3 games to get the bonus and I only had one game left here.

Is better to save the money and buy several games on sales instead, what one preorder games costs, you will get more games on sales.

Hi trumpash. Your purchase of WWE2K18 was not considered a pre-order since you purchased it on release day so our system did not apply it to the punchcard, but it was still labeled as a pre-order in the title, so that is confusing. We are making some adjustments

So basically the op is crying because he didn't preorder a console. .. its not like every retailer was advertising pre orders.

My local game has 2 waves of pre orders and has stated that ots unlikely that any units will be sold of the shelf before Xmas.

Preorders do not count towards VIP.

But this is for the pre order punch card so it must count.

i have pre ordered AC Origin and Shadow so far and its not showing as pre ordered will i get the rewards if i pre order another title from the list or do i lose out again on this promo

No, man, the codes were a pre-order bonus in the UK. You didn't have to get the LE. You just had to pre-order from whoever was doing the promo.

Got the same problem and pre ordered Forza Horizon 3, NHL 17, Bioshock Collection and Batman return to Arkham. Still no reward. Didn't have to pre order but with the promo I decided why not. Shouldn't have and won't pre order again. I'm not happy right now.
